Spinning

Tonight we had Weird Spinning Guy as a sub for Mean Spinning Instructor. This is the guy who sounds like a cheesy gameshow host (in the tradition of Don Pardo) when barking out his commands. There were only 5 people in the class and all of us took the 5 bikes at in the very last row in the room, it was too funny. There he was in the front alone and then there were about 4 rows of empty bikes and then the 5 of us all lined up in the very last row. I think everyone was scared of him, and rightfully so, he's a strange dude. Anyway, turned out to be a relatively hard class, but still not on the level of Mean Spinning Instructor, so we got off a little easier than expected. Sadly, there was no beer tonight.

What Week is it anyway, 26th Week?

Anyway, I have been running and spinning during the last couple of weeks, but I just haven't written about it. I'm just boring myself writing the same stuff over and over. But, by not writing, I also lose track of what I'm doing, for instance, even though I know I ran AND took two spinning classes last week, I can't really tell you much about anything at this point. Oh well, back to these boring logs then I guess. Yesterday was...

Running

And I blogged about it here, so I'm not going to get into it again now. Did somewhere between 2.5 and 3 miles. Probably closer to 2.5.ish.
